Baja Kayaking

Anyone been to Todos Santos Baja CA Sur Mexico?
Least expensive places to stay and things to be sure to see and do. Kayaking, snorkeling, lessons for surfing? Music? We are active seniors going for wedding Dec 30
Todos Santos is a small little town north of Cabo. It is quaint, artsy and small. There is not much more than a couple main streets, some farms surrounding the area, the estuary, and of course the beaches that are outside of town. However it is extremely lovely and has the old world charm of non-tourist mexico. You can sit at the zocalo and watch the goings on.
All the activities you listed you can do in TS or you can go into Cabo for the day. Here are a couple websites you can look at. You will miss their biggest event of the year, the art festival which occurs in Feb.
