Eight Duluth Boy Scouts Earn Eagle Rank
Statistics show that only four out of every one hundred boy scouts earns the Eagle rank.Tuesday night in Duluth, eight young men earned that prestigious award. According to the scout master of Troop 9, that’s the highest number of Eagle badges awarded at one time in the whole Voyageurs Area Scout Council that covers portions of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan.
