Which chartplotter/depthsounder/fishfinder combo do I buy for my fishing kayak?
Am looking at the following 3 options = garmin 188c, humminbird 383c or 595c? Am favouring the 383c but is a 3.5inch screen too small? But the garmin looks good and can get it for a similar price to the 383c
Another idea – could you use infra red cctv and look at the underwater terrain? I’d like to do that just for fun, I don’t go fishing. I use kayaks and an inflatable dinghy, might get a tender this year. Something I’ve pondered over a few times.
