Perception Kayak Swifty 9.5

Is this perception Swifty 9.5 Kayak Old Town Rush Kayak or a better buy?
I've never owned a kayak and am looking to get into kayaking. I do not want to spend over $ 500. I intend to use the kayak on a lake, river pretty quiet, and handles like a small bayou. I'm 6'3, 175 pounds, and what I've read it seems that the perception 9.5 Swifty rush town and old are my 2 best Paris. Any advice would be appreciated. And if you have any advice on a range, that would be great for Thank you!
Hey! We welcome you to the kayak. Kayaking is a dangerous sport and it takes time to learn. The last thing you need to do is buy a kayak. Learn about kayaking and take a few lessons. Just learn to glide in a boat is difficult. Output wet? Kayak ads mean nothing. Experiments are the only way to go. Paddle? Research, Mohawk paddles.
