Plastic Kayak Material
How can kayak float, if the material they are made of, is heavier than water?
Kayaks many plastics and other composite materials that are heavier than water, so how are they able to float in water?
Bernoulli's principle says that a body in a fluid bouyed up by a force equal to the weight of the displaced fluid. Kayak (or a steel ship – or, yes, even one with a shell of concrete – will float if it spreads (movement) of water that weighs more than he does that really function. The hull of total liquid: water away so that the water displaced will support hull and its contents.
